Reverend Dr. Sheila D. Salley
Dr. Sheila Salley is an ordained minister. She has been working as a Certified Biblical Counselor (CBC), since 1993. Over the past several years, she attained facilitation certifications in Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts (SYMBIS), PREPARE/ENRICH, and a Doctor of Education degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Dr. Salley firmly believes that by helping couples understand God's purpose and plan for marriage, themselves, and each other, there will be less divorces and more satisfied marriages.

Dr. Salley is a wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, preacher, counselor, and mentor to many. Her motto is: "Each One, Teach One," and her life Bible verse is Romans 12: 1-3 KJV "I beseech you therefore brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
When she is not wearing one of her professional hats, you can find her and her husband Harvey, getting a little exercise through bowling, tennis, golf, motorcycle riding, biking or simply sitting still, enjoying one another's company.

Mission
The mission of Memorable Marriage Moments is to provide couples a safe, neutral place to talk openly and honestly about marriage expectations and/or disruptions. Being committed to helping couples get to know one another before marriage and helping couples to cope with issues that disrupt marriage, continues to bring satisfaction and stability to marriages across the globe.
Vision
Memorable Marriage Moments is guided by the vision to decrease the divorce rate though helping couples develop satisfying marriages. Its premarital, marriage, divorce, and remarriage counseling offerings, are anchored in the Word of God, the Holy Bible.
